We've received word from the Advance Team that they'll be landing at New York City's FAO Schwarz store (at the corner of 5th Avenue and 58th Street) on June 11...as in GBA launch day! Oddly enough, they'll be entering the store in special Nintendo dune buggies. Go figure. If you couldn't get your system pre-ordered in time or if you're still not sure about whether to buy a GBA or not, this would be a great chance to see the launch games and meet some cool Nintendo people.

Later that week, Advance Team will be hitting various other spots in the area. On June 15th you can find them at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. The next day, June 16th, they'll be at Long Island for the Nassau County Fair, which will be held in the Nassau County Veterans Memorial Coliseum along the Hempstead Turnpike. They'll also be in the area June 17th, but the time and place for that day have yet to be determined. Check back with PGC for regular updates on the Advance Team's progression through the US!
