Activision Pledges Support

Activision has made it clear that intends to support next-generation consoles, including Nintendo's GameCube.

Yes, I'm sad to report that two of the Planet's pals (& 2 of my favorite sites) are currently out-of-commission. Both RareNet and Nintendojo are currently offline, due to the untimely demise of Negative Zero Networks. Since I recommended NZ to both these guys ages back, I feel a little bit guilty and had to let the world know what's up. So I'm kidding about being guilty but hey, they can't tell ya anyting, so why not? Seriously, NZ was a pretty cool entity for some time and not only hosted these sites, but the good ol' 64 Source as well, which helped many of us get a leg up in this 'lil industry. R.I.P. to 'em and best o' luck to survivors.

In the meantime, Nintendojo has already secured a new server & should be online (along with Gameboy Dojo) sometime next week, once "Dojo Daddy" Peer Schneider returns from an out-of-town covert op for IGN & can transfer shiz. So Dojo'll be back soon. Rarenet on the other hand, have NO SERVER or hosting for the time being. While they'd like to get back online ASAP, they're kinda short on options. RareNet's Trevor (who's very alive & well) told me that ANYONE who could recommend some good hosting service or whatnot to these guys, could email him with suggestions. They'd appreciate it!
