Televi de Advance
Gametech's Televi de Advance will allow you, after some internal modification to your GBA, the ability to play your GBA games on television. After modification, playing is as simple as connecting your GBA to your television with the supplied standard AV cables. The issue of lighting on titles such as Castlevania: Circle of the Moon will be easily fixed on a televison where brightness can be adjusted. Many gamers will also find it much more comfortable to play through the system's excellent RPGs without eye strain from reading the text and neck cramps from long hours of gameplay. And not to worry, the Televi de Advance still allows you to take your favorite portable on the go, just with a little extra hardware that ads some weight. As far as the installation goes, National Console Support reports:
The necessary tools are included to accomplish the task and Japanese instructions (with photos) guide you through the installation. The work isn't difficult but we don't recommend partaking of this venture if you're shaky of hand or generally clumsy.
Features include:
Full Screen
Full Color
Stereo Sound
Quality Picture
Plays All GB, GBC & GBA Titles
The Televi de Advance is available for between $89-$99 uninstalled through many online import retailers, and $104.50 installed.
