WeatherCast Problems!?

I was downloading this AVI-Mp3 converter, and along came this crappy annoyance called WeatherCast.  All visible files are no longer...visible, so I don't know how to delete it.  Help?

WeatherCast is that program that looks up weather in your area, correct?  Can't you just uninstall it from the Control Panel?

Probably spyware.  Try adaware and spybot.
