My last post was at 4:15 pm. Which means that at 1 pm my time (it doesn't really matter what your clock is set to), you posted a message. If you live in the continental US, and assuming your school goes from roughly 8 am to 3 pm, you'd be in school no matter where you lived. The earliest you could've posted by my time would be 11 am and the latest would be 2 pm. I guess if you lived in Alask or Hawaii, or another country, it would work out, but this all confuses me.  ?!?!?!?!?

Whatever....

I know it's becuse of my settings that I see you posting at 11:15 am, but I don't know why you see me posting at 1 pm.  School starts at somewhere round 8 am, and ends somewhere round 2 pm.  I don't have time to post in the morning.

I live in Rhode Island and it's about 5:33 here.

2 pm? Jeese, you guys get out early.

Anyway, then it would make sense if you live in Rhode Island and get out of school at 2 pm (which I didn't consider since us normal people don't get out till 3 ) because you would have posted at 2:28 pm your time, which is after your school lets out.

When does your school year end (I already know you started later than I did)? Ther schools in Wichita, which my town is a suburb of, get out at 2 pm because they don't have air conditioning or heaters, and in Kansas it gets REALLY cold in the winter and REALLY hot in the summer. Their school year is substantially longer, though, to make up for the lost time.

We get out around June 18-20.  I don't know, we seem to change it a day or so every year.  This year, we began school on September 2nd, as opposed to the 4th which is usual (and also my brother's birthday).  Of course, there are things like snow days, but those don't come around often.

I remember a few years ago, there was a day off from school becuase a hurricane was about to hit.  There was no huricane yet, but they didn't want us in school if it did.  As it turned out, the hurricane missed us entrley and we got a nice sunny day to play outside in all day long.

Ah well, there you go- I started school on the 16th of August but get out the 22nd of May, almost a full month before you. They only plan one or two snowdays in our school year but we usually have to cancel school 3 or 4 times a year due to snow.

He was referring to the animation, methinks.

My school gets out at 2:40, but I get out at about 1:45 cuz I only have 6 classes.  We get in on about August 18, and get out about May 28.  And we don't have snowdays. . . we have hurricane days instead (Louisiana)

Speaking of schools.... Me thinks all the high school teachers go on strike today because they're greedy sh*ts and are demanding a 25% pay rise. Like they did last year, and the year before. Pah, they should give me a teaching job. I'd be happy with 25 cents.

"Sir, you're meant to be teaching us how to program in Visual Basics!"
'Shutup, kid! Help me take these computers to my car!'
"Isn't that stealing?"
'Stealing? No, it's TAKING. Don't they teach you anything here?'
"I dunno, you're our teacher!"
'GET YOUR ARSE TO THE FRONT OFFICE!'

See? I'd make a WONDERFUL teacher!

"THE COMPUTERS WERE STOLEN?!?!???!?!?!!"
"I know...I know...weird, huh?"
"Who could've done this?!"
"Not me, if that's what you're thinking....."

You'd make a great teacher!

Speaking of Infernal's comics, his reason for wanting a wavebird is the same reason I warned somebody about the other day. ha!

But i think I'll play F-Zero with a regular controller if it's as hard as people make it out to be.  I payed good money for that thing!

The infernal journal is funny, but he doesn't update very often.  I suppose he has a life too.

The song you mentioned in your last entrie, Infernal, I can't find it.  It's not in the Super Metroid section of OCRemix.  I WANT IT!

See but with a Wavebird, the enemy can pick up the controller and wreak havoc on YOUR face. With a wired contoller, you can throw it and quickly pull it back for a double–whammy! Granted its range isn't nearly as great as the Wavebird, but regardless, I am still laughing because the comic. Keep 'em comin'!

Hostile: Half my family is from Louisiana. The other half is from Georgia. I'm guessing you're a senior, since you get out earlier than normal. I'll probably end up only having a couple classes my second semester my senior year, too, which will be nice, especially if I have a job.

Yeah, I'm a senior.  Hooray for me Nah, I like it.  One less class to deal with.  And next semester I only have five classes.

Most of my Dad's side of the family is split between Louisiana and Ohio.  Aside from her parents (Florida) and brother (Louisiana), pretty much all of my mother's relatives live in St. Louis.  I like it here, though. . . it's, um. . . wet.  And stuff.

Oh, and mosquitos.  Lots of them.  And we just got through the lovebug spawning season. . . wonderful place. . . nah, I really do like it here.  For some reason

Well, Kansas is a living hell- when the weather's nice, it's really nice, but when it's bad, it's really bad. Besides that, there's nothing to DO here. The nearest big cities are Oklahoma City and Kansas City, both of which are marginally more entertaining than Kansas. I used to live in California and Okinawa, Japan, but my dad had to decide to move to Kansas.

I visit Louisiana quite a bit- my father's family all live there except for his sister, who moved to Seattle. My mother's parents used to live in New Orleans (great city), but for some reason they moved to Atlanta, where my mother's family all live (well, there and Mississippi/Louisiana). My whole family lives in the south.
