My diet of snacks + poorly cooked rice is in severe need of a good pie. I'm a vegetarian though, and the last pie I ate looked and tasted like it consisted of some sort of tomato and apricot paste incrusted in a womb of yellow flakey things. Bad experience. Is you delicate pastry work a mere cover-up for some sort of charred animal carcass; or did you make the pastry, take a photo and throw it out?
