Resident Evil 4 in 2004

The equation is x=4.  There will be a test later in the week.

When Capcom first showed off Resident Evil 4 a while back, the end of the movie trailer showed off a release in the year "200X."  It obviously didn't mean 2003, and many people suspected that the game wouldn't come out until 2005.  However, thanks to a rather unusual way of telling everyone, Capcom has revealed that the latest in their flagship survival horror will indeed come out this year.

At Capcom Japan's Biohazard page, click on the Biohazard 4 link on the bottom right.  After you do, a small password box will appear in the upper right.  Type in the password "scott" and the secret will be out: 2004.

Since the 200X date was shown in the US trailer as well as on the Japanese site, it's safe to assume that the game will be out in Japan and the United States before the end of the year.

This might become the first Resident Evil that I'm interested enough in to actually buy. So far I've found Majora's Mask vastly scarier than anything RE I've played, but RE4 looks to employ some more psychological elements over it's predecessors. :9
Nintendo games are like a well made cheese in a lot of ways.
