Pac-Man Vs.
« on: December 10, 2003, 08:44:28 AM »
Anyone have this game yet? I'm thinking about getting it with Pac-Man World 2. It sounds like a lot of fun. I think it will be great to play all winter along with Mario Kart Double Dash!!, Soul Calibur, and Super Smash Bros. This winter is really gonna be about multiplayer So disscuss cuz I'm looking for some opinions.

If you have people to play it, I definately think its worth the 20 bucks.  Pac Man World 2 is very very blah, though it does have an arcade where you can play classic pac man games.  Pac Man vs. is simple genius though.

I'm quite interested in Pac-Man Vs.  Unfortunately I'm not at all interested in the games that include Pac-Man Vs so I guess I won't be getting it.  Too bad because it looks like a lot of fun.  If only Namco was more consistent with making great games.  I would have preferred it if this game came with Soul Calibur II or Tales of Symphonia.

I'll definaltely be picking up pac man world 2 for this game. I've been waiting for games that actually make proper use of the link feature, and this one sounds great. i wouldnt have bought it if it was a stand alone game, but there just isnt enough to the game for a stand alone title. i've heard that pac man world is actually a decent platformer as well, so it seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Thanks to a couple of forum members, I was able to get this game for free from GameCrazy.  I was very excited about this game, that is, until I played it.  It was not as fun as I thought it would be, or could've been.  I can't complain though, considering that I didn't pay money for it.

If you want pacman VS why not just buy pac man world 2.  IF you play alot of multiplayer 20 bucks is worth it for that game and plus you get a decent game.  20 bucks isnt to much.

Pac-Man World 2 is out on GameCube in Australia, yacool. In a very limited supply. Plus the Xbox version was never released here for some reason. K-Mart had it on special about a month back for $30 or something. I want this disc simply because of the low price point and the classic Pac-Man games Pac-Man World 2 has. Weee.

Pac Man VS is truly genius game design, mostly because it is based off the CORE of the original Pacman that came out in the early '80s .  Making a new multiplayer game using the core of a game from the early '80s... I'd like to see other designers do it...

leave it to SM to come up with something that truly makes good on GC/GBA connectivity
