That job sounds kinda fun. Maybe if i decide to stop repeating 8th grade ill go and become a high school principal. Then i can laugh at all the hurt people on the ground holding their balls!

That's how it is for me too, Knows Nothing.  Quite simple, actually.

And actually, I lied about my age.  I'm actually 12, and in junior high. But, some people came from the high school and let us try some of the high school material (the easy stuff for freshman) And I passed with flying colors. I am actually quite smart for my age.  I never had to study from kindergarten-6th, now it's getting harder though.  The junior high teachers are obsessed with getting you ready for hsc.  So their chucking everything they can at me. I actually have to study now, and I got a "b" in one subject this year.  But a lot of other 7th graders are failing.  They can't participate in sports or anything.  I tell you, being at a Catholic School, sucks.  It's hard, really hard.  My friend who goes to a public 7th grade, is doing multiplication in math. That's it.  I'm doing algebra. Ahh, the easy way out.

My sis is in Yr 12 , she is getting her results 2morrow , she is hoping for High 90s ( she is very smart )

She hot?

Ahem. Anyway, I too am in ze twelfth thingy, and am doing decently.  Got a low B in European History AP and Physics, maybe a high B in Calculus, but A's other than that, plus taking my exams will help those (I got a 30 on my ACT, and my school awards a 27 or above with extra stuff).  Not too hard, in my opinion, but I've always been fairly apt at getting by.

Year 12 for me was a blast for the first six months. Parties, slacking off classes, and ruling the school! I highly recommend it for anyone. On our last day of school (we had a few weeks of study break before end of year exams) we hijacked the assembly, chanted "Nana-na-na, Nana-na-na, Hey Hey Hey, Goodbye", and started a huge congo line before leaving!

As for the academic side, you definitely need to keep it up for most of the year if you are going to get anywhere. The stress is definitely there, but you've got to keep in mind that there is a four month break after so you may as well give it your all. No regrets. That was my motto for Year 12, and I offer it to you all.

For that, I salute you

The EB games over here has a deal whereas all games bought now can be traded in for a full refund in cash within a week. However, due to the Christmas holidays, the period has been extended to January 11th. It's a good deal, and I presume it's available in Aussie as well.

Hope it helps someone.

That's like assuming we all wear hats on our feet and hamburgers eat people in Australia.

I haven't seen or heard this one at my local EB, but I'm having too much fun with Prince of Persia at the moment.

Mmmm, new Cube. I was going to take advantage of that K-Mart sale and get an Indigo Cube (Then have a ROBOT WAR!), but me thinks I'll just go pick up some gaming goodness at Clint's instead. Mmmm, $19.95 goodness.

Yeppo, EB have that deal over here, except I think the special Christmas deal thing lasts till the end of January. They give people way too much time. You just know a whole heap of people are going to abuse it. Buy a game, treat it like crap and return it on the last day. Then EB will sell those copies as new (I purchased Kingdom Hearts early this year and got some returned copy. Disc was scratched up, manual was dog eared. Bleh.) Going back a second time to get told it was a new copy and having a bitch wasn't fun.. Well, maybe it sorta was.

It's represented with a simple math equation.  G = gamecube.  H= happiness.  X=quantity

XG is directly proportional to XH.  That means that the more Gamecubes you have, the happier you are.  Happiness makes you laugh.  Laughter is the best medicine.  Being healthy means, as long as no freak accidents are involved, your life span will increase.  So in reality, the more gamecubes you own, the longer you will live.

Well now that i have two, i can go into the other room that has a tv, and there's a GameCube there! No unplugging and plugging stuff in for me, there's already a GameCube in both rooms! And it was a BARGAIN, $119, Resident Evil Zero retails for $110, so that's like the price of a game, for you Americans who dont know aussie dollars. Plus now i have all the colours of GameCube available in Australia, gotta collect em all!

And it's two! *nods head*

It doesn't matter that he'll live longer, what matters is that the time he lived will be better.......because two Gamecubes means double the fun. (I'm like a fortune cookie.)

Two cubes does rock.  I have one at me grandparents house and one in my room. I go over to my grandparents house and look! Its another cube. Ahh, all mine. GO AWAY. *hides gamecube under carpet* All I have to do is bring the games, which isn't even as close as being annoying by having to unplug all the stuff, then plug it all back in. I THOUGHT I SAID GO AWAY! *sits ontop of carpet which is concealing the gamecube*

Lectures suck.  I always get them. I'm actually very smart, but I get them about my grades every day.  I have all "A"s, yet they keep telling me that my grades cannot go down. I got an "A-" once on a test, and I was grounded from the internet for a week because they said I was on it to much and that my grades are slipping. I'm grounded for a month if I get a "b+" so I'm constantly under pressure. So with basketball, football, hockey, and school, I am constantly busy.

Holy crap, grounded for the WHAT NOW?!  You may be the only one here with parents stricter than mine.

Do YOU mind if you get an A-?  I despise people that get upset things like that.  An A- is still "exemplary" as the report card states it.  Your parents must suck.

No, I think that an "A-" is a !GrEaT! grade. My parents suck I know. I have a friend who thinks "A-" are horrible. I just tell her to shut the f*@k up. When I got the "A-", she was like, "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry.  I feel so bad for you!" And I just told her to get the he#l away from me. I can't put up with people like that.
