Topic: Metroid Fusion Achievement...

A while ago, I completed a beast of a feat: beat Metroid Fusion with only 2% "completion" (it may have been 1%, I can't remember - so I'll say 2% for good measure). I was trying to get through the game without collecting anything you didn't have to. I ended up only collecting 1 missle expansion (It's impossible not to get it, though) for a total of 10 missles, and 1 energy tank (this was by choice - it was the energy tank you can collect right before the Neo Ridley battle...I just couldn't beat him with only 99 health). Just wondering if anyone has done this (and maybe gotten through the game without getting the energy tank I got). I commend you if you have - it's pretty insane. If you haven't, I challenge you to try it. Have fun.

it is crazy.  and getting the missle expansion and the energy tank would nab you a 2% completion ranking.  however, it is possible to get only the missle expansion and finish the game with only 1%.  (not that i've ever done it.)

I tried to get a screenshot, but it didn't work very well (I don't have a GBA SP or GBA Player). The screen is way too reflective. After checking, I actually had 15 missles for some reason. I only remember getting 1 required missle expansion...does the first one (missle lancher) give you 10 to begin with? Anyway, yes it is 2% completion as kingvudu said. The hardest part was killing the Nightmare with only 99 health (!!). Whelp, looks like I have another quest now, if it is indeed possible to kill Neo Ridley with only 99 health. It's off to get 1% for me...but there's no way I'm using a guide...

wow, anyone who completed metroid fusion with only one extra energy tank deserves a hats off.  That is an excellent feat.
