IMO, RUSH and Joe and Mac should be remade no questions asked.
I know alot of people think that Kid Icarus should be, but ive never played it.
Currently playing: Mario 64 DS and Resident Evil 4

Ah a fellow Rush fan  A friend and I loved to play 2049 and try to get all the silver coins.  Lots of fun.

I also want Kid Icarus(it's good, trust me ) and of course Gunstar Heroes!  Where are you Treasure!?

Oh man, San Francisco Rush was a brilliant game. I would die for a remake on the Cube. And by die, I mean pay money. Rush 2 was quite cool, too. I quite enjoyed the very annoying stunt mode.
*Drives off a ramp, lands on roof, explodes, repeats for hours. Even longer in 2-player*

I'd also die (pay money) for a Gunstar Heroes remake. Great bloody co-op.
And where's Sparkster, Konami? BRING HIM BACK.

I want to see Ninja Gaiden restored to its former glory on GameCube, as the gamers requested on a poll on Tecmo.com a long time ago.  (For those who don't know/remember GameCube won by a landslide in a poll asking what system Ninja Gaiden should be brought to.)  I don't mean a port of the disgrace that is the XBox game, but one that is actually in the same vein as the NES games.

But you know what?  I would KILL to see Metal Gear 1 and 2 be brought to GameCube.  Those games just never get the credit they deserve.  (Metal Gear: Snake's Revenge is better forgotten).

I'm glad to hear that you guys love Rush 2049.  My friends and I played the death match non-stop.
We even had a small tournament in which, one of the 8 participants, made trophies for the top 3 winners.  The 1st place trophy was a race car, the 2nd place was a 1970's muscle car and the 3rd place trophy was an ambulance.

As for re-makes, here goes:

Final Fantasy 7, w/ multi player options
Super Punch Out
Excite-Bike (in an exageratted, cartoonish style)
San Francisco Rush 2049
Toy Commander
Super Mario RPG (I bet the original shows up on GBA)
Pilotwings
R.C. Pro Am
A decent four player Tetris
Kid Icarus
CastleVania:Symphony of the Night
Hogan's Alley/Duck Hunt/Super Scope 6
Phantasy Star 4
The Legendary Axe (NEC is back in gaming, who knows)
Magician Lord
A 2-D Sonic the Hedgehog (or pseudo 3-d)
Tempest 2000

There's so many more, I don't want to go on forever...

Do you mean sequels or remakes?  Because I tire of remakes.  Unless it's the original Metal Gear (which, actually, would be morel like a brand new game), like Grey Ninja suggested, I don't really want a remake.  In fact, I don't even want sequels.  I want brand new, very original and innovative games.

Mario 64... I know it's only the last generation, but it was at the start, and I really think better grapics and sound could add alot of atmosphere to the title. Also, the stars could all be jumbled up so people who have played it over and over again still have a challenge while retaining the feel of the title.

The original Metal Gear would be a cool remake, running around in a 3d box would be priceless.  Thats actually the Metal Gear I thought SK was going to remake, for awhile I was happy.

An updated Punch out would be a blast.

Ninja Gaiden would be sweet as well, hopefully the succes of Viewtifull Joe will bring about a second renasaince for 2D platformers.

And a remake of the original Mario Bros.  that was the game that got me into the NES in the first place, "The graphics are just like the arcade!"  said me back in the day.  Maybe MB 128 will be akin to that, fingers crossed.

There are two types of people in the world.  Those who finish what they started, and so on...

I want a "remake" of Donkey Kong. Well, remake in the way the SGB game was a remake of the arcade one (100 levels, more moves, etc). Just give me different levels than in DK SGB and I'm happy.

I dont know about you guys, but one of my favorite games ever, was Goldeneye for the N64. Better graphics and sound could do so much for that game. I remember an arguement in one of my Nintendo Power magazines in which writers were debating the importance of good graphics, and Goldeneye was brought up saying how many units it sold even though it had some of the worst graphics ever, and even though I didn't mind the original graphics I think if they were updated to the level of Nightfire it would add so much.

I cant think of the name of it, but it was that game where you shot the pheseasnts or geese or whatever they were and you had like a little gun that you hooked up to your NES. Does anyone know what im talkin about? I LOVED that gmae and i think if they re-made it, it would be a big hit.

Yeah it was Duck Hunt. How could i forget? But anywayz, i was only like 4  when that game came out and it was one of the only ones that was easy enuff for me to play so it just became my favorite game. The only reason i missed NES was because of that game. They should also re-make Mario Tennis from N64. I've seen screen shots for it and im pretty sure it will eventually come out on GC, but what the hell is taking so long?!

Talking about Duck Hunt ... you might find it silly, but... me, playing Metroid Prime, found it fun shooting at the birds in the sky in Choso Ruins The Power Beam seems to work best for me (it's fast).

Bionic Command would rule!

Agt 7, that's quite a list of neat games.

Toy Commander was so cool.  It's a natural for Game Cube.

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.

It could be a great 2-D platformer for the cube. All that needs to be done is to give the graphics a Viewtiful Joe makeover and BAM...big money.

You MUST be crazy. Ninja Gaiden is looking fantastic, and exponentially superior to the botched ressurection of Shinobi. Surely leagues beyond Tenchu 3. I just hope it makes Xmas and doesn't slip into 2004. I don't care what system Tecmo would have made it for, it looks tight and definately a pre-order for me. It's going to have the original three Ninja Gaidens as bonuses included as well which is cool. I hope the new one includes some great cinema scenes in the spirit of those that made the original such a classic.

Top Ramen, have you ever played the NES games?  If you have, watch some Ninja Gaieden (Xbox) trailers.  Did you know that Tecmo originally intended the game to be a generic Ninja Game, but the execs demanded that the name be changed to "Ninja Gaiden" for marketting reasons?

It's a disgrace for the same reason that Chrono Cross was.  It contains virtually nothing in common with the previous games of the same name.
