Actually PD was a million seller, so wasn't conkers for that matter--that's why it was a player's choice game on the N64 (which only applied to million sellers unlike the GC player choice games, IE spiderman.

Bungie revieled that they dont want to make a Halo 3 and instead make a different series. So Xbox users get their last taste of Halo in Halo 2 i guess.

This is Rare, the company who are masters of publicity stunts and backflips. Take everything they say with a grain of salt. I'm not saying that they'll release PD0 tomorrow, but its not gone. They have a habit of delaying and postponing to get their work to their own high standards and that hasn't changed much over time.

But Fable? I think that concept is too intricate to make into a game to be released this decade.

The fact that so much energy is being devoted to stuff outside the focus of the game makes me think this game could wind up as a tech demo, or as another Sims release. i.e. "The Sims: Superhero!" Or would that be "The Sims: Idol"?

Sorry, i didn't want to insult you.  Obviously it hurt you to find this out.   But that is the MS release date, not Cube europe.  Perhaps you'd like to wager on it?
