Superman was only one game.  $ony let a whole line of $10 rip off titles flood the market.  Should I metnion Ford Racing, special ops, hooter's racing, etc???  The list goes on and on.

Oh and what about the defective systems?  Shall I start posting links to the 1000's of complaints made against $ony and it's products?

Actually Mouse, everything you say sounds like whinny fan boy BS.  Seroiously, you just seem to hate Nintendo, yet your'e always here chatting in this forum.  Why?

As for what I know about the Nintendo+$ony deal.  Well, as I said before, I WAS THERE!
You can that is BS if you like.  But the intelligent readers of my posts know otherwise.  I am well informed and my posts are well articulated and come with a great deal of info that can be confirmed by almost anyone.  Do some research before you dismiss the truth...

Finally, one last thing.  Mouse, I hate you and you hate me.  Why bother responding to my posts?

You're claiming I'M a fan boy? *I* Hate Nintendo? Look here: My Game Collection. I own 20 Gamecube games, twice as many PS2 games. I only own ONE Sony game, and that is Ico. My favorite 5 games of all time, are, in order, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Link to the Past, Wind Waker, and Super Maio 64. I have been a hard core Nintendo fan since I could play games period. I saved up for over a year and camped out for *7* hours to get my Gamecube on launch day. Just because I don't think Nintendo can do no wrong and just because I don't think Sony is the embodiment of evil and the bane of all we hold dear does NOT mean I'm a fanboy and does NOT mean I bash Nintendo. Until you provide me with PROOF, your statements will remain completely unfounded.

Anyone who's supporting this guy should quit right now- I don't see how I've EVER come off as a Nintendo hater.

Why do I both responding to your posts? Because I think there's hope- I used to be exactly like you, bashing Sony whenever I got the chance. Until a guy on IGN flamed me for it. I PMed him to flame him back, we got in a very in depth discussion, and I realized nearly every reason I hated Sony was completely unfounded. He's now one of my best friends.

I have given you proof time and time again.  My FACTS can be easily confirmed by just doing some web searching and some reading.  If you can't do that, well, maybe you are an idiot

Also my arguments are clear and articulate.  Unlike your'e own style of saying "that's not true" like some ignorant 10 year old.  If I'm wrong PROVE IT!  Seriously, show us what you've got.

I just noticed something about the Nintendo-Phillips deal above.  The 3 Zelda games were NOT a result of the break-up.  After Ninty broke the deal Phillips got mad because Ninty said that they could use the Zelda license to make 3 games.  Ninty let them, less get into a lawsuit...Thus, Ninty promised to let Phillips make the games BEFORE they broke up.  Ninty was just fulfilling their deal...

And you guys should stop fighting...Both your arguments have turned this topic into a flame war...

Jesus Christ, you're the most close minded pompous @$$hole I've ever met. I don't see how anyone can honestly think this guy has a brain that processes rational thought. He provides incomplete and half assed arguments when he provides them at all then backs down when he can't think of anything else to BS. Would a just god honestly create such a being?

First, youv'e never met me.  Secondly, I have PROVEN my arguments.  You just don't agree with them.

So what do you do?  Instead of proving me wrong with FACTS you resort to childish name calling and blasphemy.  Wow, don't you seem intelligent?

Bill makes a great point about the Phillips deal.  Very smart and well informed.

I honestly wish the moderators would do their jobs and filter out garbage like this as it does not lead to discussion, it is simply someones bitter rant filled with a combination of lies and imagination.

It is highly unlikely that this person works in the industry, a better guess would be that they arent even old enough to enter the workforce or if they indeed were in the industry, were let go by none other than Sony for whatever reason. Either way I could care less, as the methods they use to prove their point are both childish and ineffctive.

If these things are indeed fact, then provide links to the facts, verify them for us to show that you are indeed on the up and up, not just another fanboy with a bone to pick. It is not up to us to prove your points, if you are as sure as you say and had proof, you would no doubt post it. Not doing so shows me exactly how true your revelations really are.

CAll me stupid for not believing you, but the "FACTS" in this case are pretty clear.

As for having the right to post a fanboyish rant, I believe if you read the rules you will see otherwise, and that my friend is a FACT.

I know I shouldn't let him get to me, cubed, but I just can't stand it when someone calls ME a Sony fanboy. That's almost as bad as the guy who called Mario a Microsoft fanboy, but at least that guy apologized.

Secondly, this is a Nintendo forum and I can bash the competition all I wish.  I love how someone with a loyalty to their favorite company is automatically called a "fan-boy" on their own turf.  Your'e darn right that I have a bone to pick with heartless, evil $ony.  They are running my favorite industry into the ground!  Exactly like Atari did years ago.  

Third, I do in fact work in the gaming industry here in Los Angeles.  In 1995 I just graduated college and was offered an internship with Columbia/TriStar, otherwise known as $ony Pictures.  It was the worst job I ever had!  That's where I found out exactly how evil $ony really is.  Ever since then I have been working as a retail buyer for certain music+multi media chain here in LA.

I'll try to provide a link to some photos of me at the pst 5 E3's.  You ever been to one of those cannuck?

Nintendo has done their share of misdeeds in the past.  However $ony has done far more evil.

And yes, I do think you hate Nintendo.  You may own a GameCube, but you just seem so negative when it comes to Big N.

That's it, I'm through with you- I can't debate with someone who HONESTLY thinks I hate Nintendo, despite my UPBRINGING on Nintendo, despite the fact I camped out longer than amost anyone here just to GET one on launch day, despite the fact that my favorite games of all time are all made by Nintendo with the possible exception of Roller Coaster Tycoon, despite the fact that I've spent almost $2000 on my Gamecube alone, despite the fact I used to BE a fanboy who hated Sony, Sega, Microsoft, and anyone else who wasn't Nintendo. And unlike you, Agent, I'm sticking by this decision.

You camped out longer than anyone else?  I was stuck in upstate NY on launch night.  I camped out in front of a local TRU in freezing temps just to get my Cube.  I also did the same for my Ps2 after my store said it would NOT let employees get systems on launch day.  I don't regret camping out fot the cube.  However I SERIOUSLY regret waiting in line for that PS2 peice of junk.

I used to actually like $ony.  At least for first couple of years, then my like turned quickly to loathing.

I love Nintendo, but I also love Sega, SNK, Microsoft (yes I love my Box), NEC, and even Atari.
Why is it that anyone who praises Nintendo is always called a "fanboy."  That's nothing more than spin.  I love other companies as well, and I mention it frequently.  Yet I am still labaled as a "Nintendo fanboy" by the more ignorant users of this forum.  I own over 30 game systems yet I'm still called a "nintendo fanboy" just becaue I stick up for Nintendo and I stand for the truth.

Go figure....

Sony had the whole connectivity thing going with the PSone long before Nintendo shoved it in our face with the GameBoy Advance/GameCube.
