F-Zero GX = 10.0?

how would you rate F-Zero?  does it have that addictive quality that you expect from Nintendo?  the game never really interested me at first, but now that I look at a few reviews it looks awesome.  I guess just tell what you think about the game.  Im asking this because now Im considering buying it but my budget only allows about 1 game every 3-4 months .  thanks

oh yea, I hope this doesnt get deleted or moved; Im asking what you like about it and what you think in general

i wrote a review in the review section on the game- i would say it is very worth it- there is a lot to do- it is a lot of fun
i think pgc has a review up for the game too- check both out- i gave fzero a 10 and i wouldnt take it back- i love the challenge in the game and it is very addictive- i highly suggest getting the game

I tried to post a review in the reader review section, but it didn't work.  I'd give it a ten, though.  Very very hard, but a lot of fun.

Yeah, it's one of those games that gets a high score BECAUSE it's so hard, it's fun. I've almost thrown my controller a few times, but I was still smiling at the same time....heh.

I didn't agree with PGC's 10 at first, but the more I play I notice that the game really does have great depth.  I'm on Chapter 8 now and ready to scream AGAIN... =)

I just beat chapter 8 yesterday, and you can't help but scream with joy when you beat it.  I'm about to try to beat the second cup on expert, and then I might have enough tickets to buy chapter 9.

Which I think may very well be a movie

I've had the game for about a week now and i think its pretty good.  The sense of speed is amazing and the difficulty is such that the first few times playing a level it may be frustrating but once you get the hang of it then its just a matter of challenge and limiting mistakes.  I wouldn't give it a 10/10 but its definately a sure buy if you like a racing game with awesome graphics and challenging gameplay.  The only thing its missing is online play, oh man that would have been tEh sw33tness.

I'd give this game a solid 9.5.  It's sense of speed has enitrely blown me away, plus I really enjoy the story mode.  However, if your'e a gamer with no skills, this may not be the game for you.

I consider myself a hardcore gamer and yet this title is really, really tough.  Still there's so much to do and the gameplay is so addictive, that I just keep coming back for more.  If you are dedicated, you will definately get your $50 out of this game.

grrrr...I can't pass chapter 3...and I can't even get past the third cup at novice, or the second cup at standard....tough game, but still excellent!

Yo can replay the novice level over and over to get more "tickets."  I've had to do it myself unfortunately.  However doing so really sharpened my skills.

the speed and the tracks designs are awesome
are you guys going through the story mode with base cars or building yours up and then playing?  im normally pretty good at racing games and have found the story mode pretty challenging

I wouldn't buy it (at least not brand new) but that's just because I'm not a huge racing fan.  Extremely challenging F-Zero-style races would irritate me much more than, say, extremely challenging Mario levels.  But that's just me.

most ppl would buy the thing and then just say it sucks and return it purely bc they suck (believe me i work at EB we get that kinda crap all the time) and i respect you for knowing what the hell you like
as for me i love racing games and challenging games, anyone out there an Ikaruga fan?  that game is damn tough if you try to nail all the combos and such

Awesome game, I give it a ten out of ten.  Perfect quality.  Ive gotten extremely far in it, bet someone isnt as far as me!  HEHE.  JK.

I've switched fzero to my mosted wanted game from FFTA.  While I do need a new GBA game (and no need for a GC one, heh) none really interest me that are out.  I'll wait for the next Mario installment.

My most wanted games switch rapidly, but I think this one will stay.
