true, but look what the voice acters have to work with............lame lame lame dialog. I don't think Yu Yu hakusho was that bad, among the people you listed it was the best. Have you ever seen the japanese version? terrible...

MY opinion is that JPop should go to hell and take all its relatives with it. If I (or any of my friends) ever get to direct an anime I'd go with Metal.

ya i would use something heavy too. Something like a Linkin park song; a song that starts mellow then builds up to a strong peak. It's really easy to make a music video with this type of music, and also make it very emotional too. Or a smooth piano solo that builds up, kinda like the ending movie for this anime show I watched.....Kilkider or something. It was about a robot trying to be human. After watching the episode, I was displeased, but after watching the ending video.....I want to watch it again now.

The one thing they shouldn't use is a big band like Linkin Park here. That would lower my anticipation down 2 points.

No big bands, but some smaller ones have quite good tracks. For example Sonata Arctica - Kingdom for a Heart would make a good anime intro...

I've been waiting for a really good Next-Gen RPG, I hope this is it. I don't think my poor ol' heart can take another dissapointment after FFX(was still recovering from FFVIII to). Of course I've got high hopes for FFXII as well.

This game looks outstanding, and the gameplay sounds very fun and refreshing. I may go look for some of the older ones (I bet they are pretty inexpensive now)

I really like the look of the battle system, because you're always in control of your character and not everything is left up to chance. Pretty much my only gripe with SoA:L was that the battles could get a bit boring - you had to sit and watch your characters' and the enemies' actions. I was wondering, can you fully switch control from Lloyd to, say, Collet if you wanted? Or is there only limited control you can have over the other characters?

From what I've heard you can switch to whatever character you want. If that is true, I am very happy. I am also happy with the multiplayer aspect. Finally an RPG where friends won't be left out ^_^
