Yes folks it could happen and it might just happen. From sources around the world via internet, Nintendo and Sega are planning to become one. Sources say that Sega Sports will stay with all systems

. But Sonic Team will be only with the cube and the upcoming Nintendo systems. Also a planed game in the works. A rpg the will include the good guys from the Mario and Sonic games together aginist the Bad guys from both Mario and Sonic games

News around the internet, eh? This rumor has been going around ever since Sega went 3rd party. Even before that, as well.

If Nintendo BOUGHT sega, then they wouldn't make ANY games for other systems. It would be stupid of them. If Sega went 2nd party, that would mean that they would make ONLY games for Nintendo anyway. Sonic team has just started a pattern of only making their games for GC. That's because they believe that the PS2 and XBOX don't have a market for that style of games.

Ness_The_Mess, first off i here what u are saying but this probably won't happening into fall of 2004(sry i didn't mention it). and the only reason y they are having sega sports stay with all consoles is because they have a contract with ESPN to get up with which makes them make a certain amout of money to keep the name on the game. If they realsed the saga sports games only on the cube they wouldn't make enought money.

and about Sonic team. did u here about SONIC HEROS witch is on all THREE SYSTEMS witch include PLAYSTATION 2 and XBOX. So yea they do make games for all systems. So Nintedno, with all the money they will pick up sega witch includes Sonic team and others that make games for other systems (toe jam and earl=xbox)

PIAC thats the whole point of them buying sega. So the other systems woundt make money off of games other than sega sports games. Then when they announce that they bought sega from then on all sega sports games will be on gube kind of like the FEVER series on the XBOX
