Super pack games!
« on: August 07, 2003, 02:03:44 PM »
Remember the Sonic smash pack? Well, I think it'd be awesome to have a Zelda equivalent! Imagine! It'd have Link's Awakening, etc., etc., etc.. That'd be great. They could do the same thing with Mario games too.

Your thoughts, please.

theres a Mario one for SNES.
And Nintendo make too much money selling the ports individually for gba.
A Zelda one would rock though.
Throw in the CD-I Zeldas just for having them.
Although they wouldn't do that because they act as if they don't exsist as it is now.

They only port the SNES games. With the exception of some e–Reader cards, they've been remaking all the old NES games. I wouldn't mind it if they remade the first two. I never owned an NES and I'm afraid that if I buy one, there will be like two games that work. If that. That's why I liked that they put NES Metroid on Prime. It's such a hard game though!

I agree with you Doerr, I would probably only play like one or two games on it if I bought a NES or SNES. It's a shame because those games are so awesome and gamers deserve to be able to play the games that started these amazing series'.

You mean Sonic Mega Collection?  Awesome compilation.  Sonic's not my favorite, but that's an awesome game collection.  Methinks Sonic + 3-D = sucks, so going back to that was pretty nice (my friend, a Sonic fan, has it).  I'll have to give a link to his flash animation sometime.  It's hilarious, and it includes Sonic and Tails.

I want a Treasure collection...

Gunstar Heroes
Dynamite Headdy
Guardian Heroes
Radiant Silvergun
Mischief Makers
Alien Soldier
...
And last, but not least, Sin and Punishment!

How nice it would be to have these games on a single disc...That is, if anyone remembers some of them -_-

I know of one of those: Mischief Makers.  On my top 10 list of best ever non-Nintendo games.  Lickle for NES is on that list, thanks to save state.  Awesome games, both of those.

I remember one of my old friends having that game.  I don't remember much of it, but I remember there were 4 characters: Lickle, a dragon, a mouse, and something else.  Fun 2-d platforming action...Ahhh, the memories...
