After looking at those pictures, it appears that the demo disc is from Europe. Does anyone know if it will be available with US pre-orders as well?

You get a Demo of PN03 for preordering it? That doesnt make any sense. I assume there would be more on the disk, but who knows. I do like how companies are starting to give away free demo/bonus material when you preorder. I mean it may cost them a little more, but they are selling the game at full price which makes them more money in the long run.
