New Game Adapters Give Popular Game Consoles Wireless Access to the Internet for Live Multi-player Gaming

LinkSys has another similar product (WET11). This one is marketed towards gamers and is cheaper. I won't complain as long as they do the same thing.

Expect to see one sitting next to my Cube soon. And why does it look like a PS2? I want a Cube lookin version.

This product isn't really revolutionary. The D-link DWL-810+ does the same thing.

Now if we could get some actual online games for the Gamecube, maybe we could make use of these things.

I am assuming that this will work with lan games as well, not just pure online games.

Yes, it should. It's just a device to hook your ethernet console up to a wireless network (that may or may not be connected to the internet)
