man .. in all honesty i just never thought of Bob Hope as a mere mortal, that guy has been around forever. I guess this thread just lets everyone think a bit about him.


He did much for our Military by touring and performing for the Servicemen

he was a very good man- not only was he great at entertainment, he was one of the most generous men ever
i heard he gave over one billion dollars of his earnings to multiple charities
we are loosing not just a great entertainer today, we lost a great human being

he's still alive...he faked his death. The longer you live the more suspicious people get. Its like the movie Death became her. They had to fake their deaths as celebrities or else the public would get suspicious. Well jokes about his immortality aside he was a great entertainer, and he will be missed. Even if he is gone. He is really immortal. This man will be in the text books as one of the inventors of Television.
