It's a .txt file, but it gives an image. Weird.

nah, I just changed the extension to .txt. It's a way of spoofing the geocities offlinking restriction. You are allowed to offlink a txt file, but not a picture file. changing the extension to .txt will allow you to offlink it, and any reasonable browser should be able to figure out it's a picture from the MIME type.

Ok then...I just hosted Murcs avatar for nothing then....WHAT THE HECK?!

Well ok then....now I'm really confused and just wasted good ol bandwith space.

Edit: I'm thinking of changing my avatar for the holiday spirit...but afterwards will put it back for a dragon. (so no1 take it and I still want to be part of the dragon squad because im only changing it for christmas) Does anybody have any ideas?

Edit: I made one so nvm. But I still love dragons and am still part of the dragon squad, I'm just changing it for christmas...I can do that right, swordplay? Oh well if I can't then I'll have to change it back...BOO HOO!

No problem, anyways I wasn't hosting your avatar. It was only stored in a free server that doesn't need any account. I do have my website to store my avatars, like the one I'm using now.
