It says placeholder price right there in the title. Meaning they don't know how much it'll actually cost so they put the preorder price high, once they learn the actual price they may then lower the cost. If they put the price low and you preorder and it turns out the item is more expensive they have to honour that preorder.

I say wait and see what happens. I think what happened is Bravely Second and Fire Emblem Fates got switched around for PAL and NTSC for some reason. So it should come out around April.

I'm like half way through the second series, like you said the animation gets a lot better and the episodes get generally longer which is nice.
