 Where the hell is spectacle rock? I keep hearing there are pieces there, and I´m only missing one.

You've probably already gotten that one, because you basically run into it to get to the Tower of Hera.

I have a question not in relation to a heart piece.  I played through LttP many years ago, and I can not remember what to do.  I am at Hyrule castle, trying to get to aghanim.  I've got all the pendants and the Master Sword, but I can't get the little laser down on the top floor.  Thanks for any help.
