Needs a translator, but apparently Nintendo have recently trademarked the following

Groudon December 27, 2002
Pandemonium January 6, 2003
Shinkurogu March 4, 2003
1000-year family ?? March 4, 2003
Donkey Kong March 10, 2003

Hmmm, i wonder what they might be? New franchises? Im not sure why Donkey Kong was trademarked though *shrugs shoulders*

Um..., I went to that page and the text was all in like Japanese, so I clicked on the English translation option, only to end up with a page poorly translated, not being able to make full sense of half of it.

Pandemonium was a 2.5D platformer on PC (and maybe a few consoles)...

Pandemonium isnt the exact translation, but the closest one that was found. The real word would be something like Punilopir or something like that

for your Pandemonium I got Hundred ogre night traveling   ...lol

and Shinkurogu can stand for many things

"shin" can either mean true or genuine
"kuro" can mean black, suffering, or path

or it could stand for a number of other things...

They might be registered as titles for Software.
Some new software altogether some familiar franchises.

I need some help with a translation of this Square Enix standalone game that runs on its own mini-console.

Square Enix announced a new sword action TV game called Kenshin Dragon Quest: Yomigaerishi Densetsu no Ken. The game is stored in the "Crest Unit", which connects directly to TV. A sword controller is attached to the system, which is used to attack the enemies on screen. The gameplay is similar to Namco's arcade sword slashing action game Mazen. Square Enix is planning to ship 1 million units in Japan, the game will be released in Japan on September 19, for 6980 yen.

From what i gather the title

Kenshin Dragon Quest: Yomigaerishi Densetsu no Ken

is implying its a title with no $ony?

get it? No Ken

So Shinkurogu could mean True Black, True Suffering, or True Path? I like True Suffering the best.

Hey, I know I am! What if I took the NON GENIUNE PATH?! GOBLINS! NOSE GOBLINS!

EEEEKKK!

1000 Year Family sounds like a hit. You'd have really old people trying to do platform stages, and they'd be dying all the time.

I would really like to have that game actually.  It looks really cool, although gimmicky, and VERY pricey.  And no, Sony is not involved, as it's a standalone unit.  It doesn't run on a console.

Although your logic is seriously messed.  No is a particle in Japanese, which connects two words.  "Ken" means "sword", and
Densetsu" means "legend" I believe.  So "Densetsu no Ken"  means "Legend of the Sword".  In this case, "No" means "of".  Get it?

Once I had, a little game
I liked to crawl back into my brain
I think you know the game I mean

LOL!!!  How could you think of something like that?!?!  Thats so funny in such a sick way, I can't help but laugh.  I can just imagine the game and it makes me laugh with a strangely warm feeling inside.  Perhaps that's Satan Himself possessing me to laugh as I imagine old people in wheel chairs jumping off of platforms and DYING!!!   Heheh....aaahhh...I'm going to hell for this post.
