        Hi guys!  Hope you guys having a great summer.  I was wondering if you guys can help me.  I sent my cube to www.colorconsoles.com so they can color it.  The thing is, i
haven't got it and its been already a month and a half, and they haven't sent any email confirming it.  As you can tell I am pretty pissed off at them because i sent them
already at least five emails regarding it.  Since i sent the cube through fedex, i have the tracking number, and last time i checked it was delivered to the exact address on the
business' site.  So i was just wondering if you guys can like help me out in some way.  Give me ideas of what i can do to get my console back or a refund.  I would also like for
the staff of planetgamecube to give some pointers or some advice.  I would really apreciate it guys, thanks a lot for you time.

I have heard horror stories about colorconsoles.com. If I remember correctly one of the PlanetGameCube staff members had an experience with that company which mimics the experience that you claim you are having. If I were you I would check out the review and follow the same steps that the author did to reclaim his GameCube. I am sorry to hear that you have not recieved your GameCube yet, and I know that must be tough to deal with. If I were you I would have gone to gameconsoleskins.com and bought a consoleskin for your GameCube hardware. The consoleskins range from around $7-$10 dollars and they can be applied and removed with little effort, and they do not mark up your console. I hope the information that I have provided here helps you. I wish you luck in geting back your console.

I would immediately file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  To do this, go to http://www.bbb.org.  Click on "File A Complaint", then "next" three times, then type in colorconsoles.com.  This business does come up so click on it.  It will redirect you so you can start filling out your complaint.  Hope you get it worked out.
