Topic: McDonalds soon to have Gamecube Advertisments in their Happy Meals.

I just got a "sneek peek" at the new Sonic Premiums that McDonalds is going to have starting next week, and in each of the bags there is an advert for several Sega Gamecube Games. (Funny but Sonic Adventure DX is not one of them considering..) There is three different toys in the series and I already have my hands on two of them.

So I guess that is some "free" advertising for Nintendo at least. The games are Sonic 2 Battle, Sonic Megacollection, and Super Monkey Ball for Gamecube and  Super Monkey Ball Jr and Sonic Advance 2 for the GBA. I will put a scan up in a moment.

Sega was giving out these toys at E3.  They totally rock!  This is a great idea for both McDonalds and Sega.
However there are 4 individual games, not 3.  Still, I just can't believe that they are giving these out in Happy Meals.

Man, when I was real young, all we got in our Happy Meals was a punch in the nose!  Just kidding, it was usually some stupid eraser shaped like a spaceship.

Oh man, I dont think my toy shelf can hold anymore happy meal toys thanks to the Wendy's Mario toys.

But either way, when are they supposed to come out?

Heh.  I had to eat at Wendy's for a while too when they had Mario toys there.    It's nice to know that I can get some Sonic toys at McDonalds soon.
