And everything else Origins came out on of course.

I think I will buy it used, because WB screwed us on the AO DLC. Also, I never had a real bug issues with Arkham Origins but a lot of people did and they stopped patching the game.

edit: DANG IT! I think this is digital only. Now how can I get the game and stick it to WB Games?  :@

Well, you can always get it used on 3DS.

That's pretty sweet. I was looking into the 3DS version, but will wait for this up-port! :)

I think it's funny how people taking it so personally that they made a business decision and didn't release something that wasn't going to make them any money.  Let's be honest here, Wii U owners should be happy with any major 3rd party publisher still making games for the system.  Because most have moved on and are probably never coming back, so I don't see how "screwing" the few publishers who release anything on the system is a good thing.  That's just helping achieve the possibility of zero games from third party publishers in 2015...

I have no interest in Batman but it's great for people who do.

By selling Wii U  Season Passes they made a statement about DLC support. They later went back on that statement. Now they are selling another Batman game on the e-shop, so they apparently don't have a problem porting games to the Wii U.

Not to mention the 360 and PS3 versions have game breaking bugs that they have publicly stated they won't fix because they devoting their resources to this DLC.

I don't want to support a publisher that does things like that to their customers. That's not personal, that is business.

In accordance with WB's policy of providing the best experience to WiiU users, the WiiU version of Blackgate will not contain Batman.

As someone who has played through the entire game 4 times for the Platinum on the Vita version, a word of advice: if you're going to buy the game, it's a perfectly serviceable Metroid-style Batman game. Just only play through it once. The developers strongly encourage you to replay it with different paths through the game, but the paths aren't that different.

If enough people buy this game for Wii U then it might teach third parties to support the Wii U on the eShop exclusively. Perhaps there is less financial risk in bypassing retail for the Wii U?

Bear in mind this is also going to be on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It's not a Wii U exclusive.
