Scribblenauts, like Layton, Ace Attorney and others is one of those quasi-Nintendo franchises that were born on DS/GBA/Wii and there is a sizable audience expecting them to stay on Nintendo systems even if they're third party.
It's kinda strange how "easy" WB gave away the rights, considering it's one of their bigger series, and WB as games publishing don't really have THAT much to begin with.
NoE now has: Layton, Inazuma and Scribblenauts.
They should really take over Ace Attorney by this point.
