How do i upload my avatar?

Ok i just joined and i can't see any options on my profile page for uploading avatars?

Click on "Profile" in the row at the top of the forum. Then in the section on the left got "Modify Profile", click on "Forum Profile".

Note: It seems like you have to have at least 1 post before you can upload an avatar.

I've tried like 10 images and none will upload, even the avatar I originally had no longer works, any ideas?

No, everything I have tried has been under-limits. I have tried to upload avatars I have already used. Once, I switched for like 5 minutes and tried to re-upload my previous avatar, to no avail. I don't get what changed.
