You are correct about the Star Wars Empire. It is that full list of stories.
As far as the Brightest Day goes, it is not the whole lot of Brightest Day issues but rather just the 26 issue maxi-series Justice League: Generation Lost which you can read about
here if you want to spoil the story. I will say that Generation Lost was the best thing about Brightest Day in my opinion. It was clear and focused and told a complete story although it definitely ties in a bit to the events that were happening in the DCU at the time but I liked it.
The JLI did get canned which was a surprise because it was selling way better than a lot of other titles that are still being published. No one is sure why. There's been no reason given. That said, they definitely made a couple choices about the team that I didn't like after the great Brightest Day arc but I'm including the issues anyways just to complete the story as it were.
As for Power Girl run, the wikipedia entry is pretty lacking but you can read all about it from
this site here. Basically, the first 12 issues with Amanda Conner are excellent. After that, Winnick takes over and ties it into the Generation Lost story he also wrote and Basri does the art. It's not bad but after the fun of Connor's 12 issues it does seem a bit disappointing. After that, it's just a bunch of small stories with various characters guest starring.
