Because if you are, I'd like to make a deal for you to pick up an item for me since I won't be there.

I'm in the same boat. If somebody could just kinda steal Sideshow's new Poison Ivy statue and send it to me, that would be GREAT.
This would be my PSN Trophy Card, but I guess I can't post HTML in my Signature. I'm the pixel spaceship, and I have nine Gold trophies.

This year! This year I will let no one down!

Only thing is I won't be there preview night on Thursday so if some item is sold off before then I can't get to it.

Name your requests and I will make a B line to the booth the moment I get my badge Friday morning.

Give me as much info as possible about where, when, cost, etc and for extra measure PM/email me several times on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, just in case I get side tracked.

Awesome! I'm just looking for one comic book with a varient cover only available at the convention. I'll double check my facts on it and get back to you later tonight.

Alright. So, the comic book I'm looking for is Sonic Universe #41. It has a convention exclusive variant cover which looks like this:

I guess if I were to talk wish list, it would be great to get one copy of the variant cover plain and not signed by anyone. If they are already signed, well then grab it. But I'd rather get an unsigned copy than a signed one.

One other thing I'll just mention although I would be stunned to see it there, is that they had another convention exclusive cover last year for Sonic the Hedgehog #226 which looked like this:

If they actually have copies of this one still present, by all means grab one. But I highly doubt it. I don't know how these things work but I just don't think they'd bring back last years exclusive.
Bloody variant covers. What a nuisance. Now, I don't know how this works since I've never been to one but Archie Comics has an event on Sunday July 15 at 10-11 am. This is the description of it:

Quote
10:00-11:00 Sonic and Mega Man: Video Game Comics Showcase: Get your game on! Folks from the two most popular video game comic series share what's in store in one, must-attend panel! Learn what's on tap for Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic Universe, and Mega Man. The editorial mastermind behind both books, Paul Kaminski, is joined by Archie Comics president Mike Pellerito, artist Evan Stanley, and Archie Comics executive director of publicity and marketing Alex Segura. See some exclusive artwork, learn about upcoming storylines, and get a glimpse at the biggest comic book event of the year. We. Are. Not. Kidding. Be there! Room 24ABC

When they say exclusive artwork, I don't know if that means that is when the cover would be available or if they will have a booth you can go to and pick it up anytime. Just trying to provide you with all the info I can.

As far as reimbursment, I'll pay whatever the cost is for the issues and shipping. As well, I can throw in a finder's fee as well or send you off some back issues of other comics I've got. Let me know. And thanks in advance.

You got it.

The last few years I would go and it would completely slip my mind until it was too late. This year I'm getting so sick of movie con I can only bring myself to go cause my wife loves all the celebrities and I love Ninendos booth. Since nothing interests me this year the only reason why I will stepping into the exhibition hall is to find these comics. Also Bustin I hope you're looking for something, it's time I redeem myself.

Even if the thing I PM'd you about doesn't pan out, Caterkiller, I'd love the exclusive Fin & Fiona toys at...not sure where. The Toys R Us booth? It's a Toys R Us Comi-Con exclusive, anyway. $15. Cheap!

I just read about the Green Lantern two-pack that will be at Graphitti Designs' booth (#2315). I'm kinda iffy on it cause of the size (3.75"), the shiny paint is cheesy, and Kyle Rayner is not on my list of favorite GLs. What is good is that it is the first in the line of exclusive figures DC will have at cons across the nation. So, it would be cool to have that, but its not a priority.

If Activision has an exclusive Skylanders figure at their booth, I'd be thrilled if a special someone would help a brother out. :D

I have a demand, CaterKiller. Go play the One Piece: Pirate Warriors video game. Tell them that they should bring more One Piece games over to North-America even if digitally only. That's it.

That's correct.  Don't go too far out of your way for me.  I haven't heard they're doing anything for Skylanders... so you could just end up wasting your time... ;)

You got it. Although I should clarify that if you can't get the comics on the show floor, I don't think there's a need for you to go to the Archie conference on Sunday. Up to you there.

Also, if the books are unsigned, that's fine. If you have to pay to get a signature, don't bother. None of the main creative is there. If it's free, then sure, but it will just be a minor artist there. I'd rather have two unsigned copies anyways.

Now complete the mission.

Cue the Mission Impossible theme song.
