Cube at E3, strong enough?
« on: May 16, 2003, 09:22:57 PM »
I am really excited about the games that are goin to be comin out for the beloved cube in the future. I liked most of the games shown, but the only problem I had with the E3 showing was the fact that nintendo does not seem to have a real killer app comin up by the end of the year. Of course we do have MGS, and other big games (im excited about geist) but will they sell as long term as the Halos and the GTA. I hopw they do. I think the only problem i had with this sow was the fact there was a lot of sequels, but thats wat people want. thats my two cents.

nintendo was selling connectivity between the gba and gcn hard! unfortunately i don't believe it has as huge of potential as nintendo believes.. none of that stuff is going to make people that don't have a gamecube want to get one... i consider myself a pretty big nintendo fan, and even i can't get excited about the connectivity.. nor can i get excited about all of the multiplayer stuff really.. i'm mostly a singleplayer gamer and i felt pretty left out... so no, nintendo's e3 showing was not nearly strong enough.
