How about anyone from Northern Ireland?
« on: March 19, 2012, 01:47:07 AM »
I know we have a couple of regulars that hail from the icy area known as "America's Hat".  I need one of you to help me out, if you'd be so kind.

I want to place an order from EBGames.ca, but they only ship to Canadian addresses.  Would anyone be so awesome as to let me ship it to their place, then re-ship it to me?  I'll shoot you a few buck via PayPal for your troubles.

I've heard of this scam before. The buyer commits credit card fraud then has it mailed to your house because it is a legit address. He then asks you to remail it to him in a different country.

The credit card comes up stolen but it's too late, he's got the item smuggled to him by you, the Canadian patsy.

I know that it's a scam but I'm to polite to say no!

Apparently, Dark Spyro has been released in Europe as an individual blister pack.  I want one.

Help?

Of the Canadian middleman simply keeps the item instead of re-shipping it? ;)

Don't be silly, no Canadian would ever be that inconsiderate... unless of course if hockey were involved.

Like when you came in 7th in 2006? LOL. Although your womens hockey team did win the gold that year.

Okay, that's it. I'm not buying from your Amazon store any longer! &P

Yeah, but geez, thank GOD for the women that year. THANK GOD.

You guys did sweep men and women in 2010, so that's good.

People who react extremely over sports results are nuts, like the Kentucky fans when they won in the Elite Four.

One of the star players on that Canadian women's hockey team went to my college, and was one of the key pieces on our women's hockey team. She set the NCAA record for career goals, but didn't manage to win the Kazmaier (basically the Heisman of women's hockey) despite being a finalist all four years. Also, **** Wisconsin.

He's a common figure in that he comes in every 3DS starter package.  But, apparently, everywhere but the US is getting him in individual blister packages... which is making there be a few crazy prices on eBay for him. :(

Nada.  It's "loose" - meaning it's one taken out of the 3DS starter pack and not in a retail blister pack - which is what I want.

Do you know what chains stock this? While I could visit every store in the area I think could stock something like this, it's hardly ideal.
