Renegade Kid Teases New eShop Game Called Bomb Monkey
« on: March 06, 2012, 11:17:46 AM »

The Mutant Mudds developers appear to be hard at work on another game for Nintendo's download service.

Bomb Monkey, which seems to be a puzzle game involving a bomb-wielding monkey, is the next eShop game from Mutant Mudds developer Renegade Kid.

Renegade Kid's Jools Watsham tweeted a link to a site that displays an animated image featuring the game's logo and apparent art style.

Aside from the tease, there is no information yet about the game. We'll keep you posted, though.

I wonder if this is anything like Wario's Woods.

With this and Shin'en releasing a new title, I wonder if this means that developers are actually making money off the e-shop?  Maybe not all developers, but it would be nice if the eshop "biggies" (Mighty Switch Force, Mutant Mudds, VVVVVV, etc.) were profitable, as this would mean more great eshop exclusives in the future.  Not that we could ever know whether they're selling well or not, since apparently sales data is up there with nuclear launch codes in terms of secrecy.
[Showing off game collection]

Oh yeah, I know I have 2 sealed copies of that game.   1 is for trading.  But people who collect Amiibos?  They really have a problem!
