Gotcha Force and Custom Robo...hmmm...
« on: May 12, 2003, 12:41:27 PM »
Is it just me, or is the premise behind Capcom's recently revealed "Gotcha Force" similar to the Custom Robo series (with an installment rumored for GCN)
I mean, if you look at some of the screens at IGN, it looks like a similar idea.  Could it be that the two are one in the same?

Oh, and by the way, if anyone has official confirmation of Custom Robo, it would make me happy.

Custom Robo has been confirmed today for Japan. I'm betting there's not chance of a US release.

I think there's chance Custom Robo could come to the U.S.  I mean, after all, Animal Forest and Animal Leader made it, and they're much weirder games.  From what I've read about it, I would love to play Custom Robo.  A nice, simple action RPG where you can customize your own robot thing.

Custom Robo is a long running series...Pokemon and Animal Crossing were introduced when they were relatively new. The only thing anyone in the US knows about Custom Robo is that there are some trophies from the series in Melee...

Except you can't customize the Borgs in Gotcha Force.
