SpotPass downloads started today for Samurai Warriors Chronicles, and will continue every Friday for the next 21 weeks.

These free pieces of downloadable content consist of new weapons and scenarios. We're awaiting official confirmation from Tecmo Koei about what exactly today's SpotPass content is.

Another Tecmo Koei game, Dead or Alive: Dimensions, will also feature SpotPass downloads over a long stretch of time. That game is set for a May 24 release.
