Just remembered the Phantom 2040 game, fond memories!

The game was based on the TV series, as was the Marvel comics series. While the comics weren't that great, the TV show and game were pretty much awesome. Still waiting on a DVD release of the show...

I disagree. There was an episode of the Duck Dodgers series where there was a mix-up at the Dry Cleaners and he got a Green Lantern uniform/ring (apparently, Dry Cleaners clean rings?) and had to take on Sinestro.

Under that theory though, someone could choose to be Elmo, Charlie Brown, or even Gilligan (since Warner Bros. owns the rights to those as well). In which case, this become Warner Bros. rather than DC Universe.

Truth be told, I'd say anything that's been published with a DC logo on it is fair game. Many WB cartoon properties were published by DC for a little while, so do some research and feel free to pick out someone from there, just don't complain if you get stepped on by Imperiex and die or something.

If it had a connection to DC, yes in most cases. If you play as Birdo, even the Birdo that was in one of those Mario comics, she has to be masquerading as a DC comics super hero (or super heroine.)

well the other thing is i don't want to end up being the mafia godfather...i just had my blood pressure done and its really high (138/98,91) so any stressfull thing is just too much for me. I also have some sort of cold...so yeah.
