Im creating an avatar, and everythings fine, but i was wondering if anyone knew how to convert a .bmp file to a .jpg because ms paint wont let me. thanks for the help!

.GIF or .JPG, really. There are a couple of others, too ... but it's all going to depend on the browser that the other person is using.
