My Cube stops working after a while.
« on: May 02, 2003, 05:11:19 PM »
When I turn on my cube, it starts as normal, but after a while, the message "Can't read the disk" begin to appear, but all my disks are clean and un-scratched, what can i do?. If I open the lid and the close it, the game continues, but the message appears after a while.

P.S.: My cube is more tha a year old.

Disc motor R.I.P.  Call Nintendo of America and see about getting it replaced.

D*$%, do you think I can use the motor from another cube? Because I live too far from a Nintendo distribuitor.

Calm down and call the Nintendo tech support.  They are extremely kind and good to customers, they may extend your warranty and then ask you to send it in.
