Died today from complications with Prostate Cancer at the age of 74.

Yeah I didn't realize it when I heard the name, but the minute I saw his face I thought "poor koopa".

Very sad, I was a big fan of him. But like Perm said it was something that everyone was prepared for with him having prostate cancer. :(

yeah they had Easy Rider on about a week or 2 ago, and i had wondered if he had already died and thats why they were playing the movie..because it despite its cult status was never on before...
i checked his wikipedia site, and I was like...nope still alive, but time marches on.

I remember playing You Don't Know Jack (Movies) and they had a Dis or Dat where you had to choose if Dennis Hopper played a nice guy or a psycho.

Every answer was psycho.

He was an amazing actor and survived John Wayne. RIP

I am a little annoyed that his wife could get his estate (he was in the process of getting divorced from her and had gotten a legal order for her to leave his property, but she ignored it and continued living there and got a lawyer to stop him from removing her from his will).

I am only familiar with his work on Super Mario Bros.. Still, RIP.

Maybe I have seen some movies with him in them and I just don't remember. I've seen Speed, for example, but a long time ago and I forgot he was in it.
