I lost my microsoft id

I want to sue Microsoft, as my msn/hotmail were stolen twice and first time I found it back after 1 month, but this time, after 3 months, I did not get any help from Microsoft as of today, using the same information as before.

During the accident, my privacy was abused by someone in USA(such as my name, address, family member names, work information, all of my universities, some fake stories about me were posted online etc. ), and I also lost much important login information associated with my msn account that could have been saved from publishing.

Yahoo shouldn't be using MSN accounts.  It causes The Herp's.
