He might change his mind or buy it on the cheap if other PAL-Land folk here have the game. So it's good for him to know they are here and willing to play so he can have the option.

I'm going to be online shortly if anyone cares to join me. I'll mostly be on the hunt for Raths.

Rath farming seems to be pretty popular lately. At first I thought it was just some members here but lately when I go into the veteran places the rooms are hunting upper rank Rathian over & over. Not that I mind of course though despite all of the times doing that mission I'm still unable to put together a single Rath+ part.

No worries. I'm still setting up my Wii and I'll just mine and/or fold my laundry until room opens up. Just post here or send me an in-game message when a spot is open.

Too bad he left, I haven't played with him in a while.

I just want to be able to play a little bit with everyone consistently. It's not that I don't enjoy playing with you all. Plus he has a WiiSpeak... ;)

He doesn't use the Wii Speak though, because everyone's asleep in his house. He doesn't even have it plugged in anymore.

GK used to have a Wii Speak too, but he also stopped using it.

Do hurry, we need you for this quest!

I still use wii speak. Didn't know removing the channel to my SD card turned it off. Had to make room for a recent Wiiware purchase.

Channel's back on the Wii menu so WiiSpeak should be back on...

Oh geez... found that Phantom Uragaan music on youtube & now it's stuck in my head.

You guys ever catch one after I left? I remember Mop it Up wanted to capture it but no one had tranqs when we went after it.

I actually stopped using WiiSpeak because I started having a weird feedback issue  on occasion when playing with some other people that use WiiSpeak.  I don't have my mic next to my tv speakers, either, so I'm not sure what the problem was.

Mop It Up is right.   The way our house is set up, the bedrooms are next to the living room area where the television is set up.  I'm scared that if I talk to loud or turn up the volume too much, I'll wake someone up.  That's why I wish Nintendo had thought to include a headset alternative to Wii Speak.  (I did try a nice Logitec USB headphone set, as someone suggested mentioned near the beginning of the thread, but the particular brand I bought didn't seem to work.   I should have tried purchasing the older model that worked on the PS2.

Stratos:  I'd like to go hunting with you again, too, but you stay up way too late for me. :)   Unfortunately, after signing off last night, I couldn't get to sleep (mostly because I'm stressed out by work.)  I'm currently "functioning" with about 1.5 - 2 hrs of sleep.  Bleh.  Needless to say, I won't be back on tonight.

You don't need to have the WiiSpeak Channel in order to use WiiSpeak in games. Are you sure it is plugged in securely?

Also, to both of you, only the "M" in my username is capitalized.

Stratos, I'd be up for Rathalos farming if you're after that armour set. I've wanted to have something with the Mind's Eye ability, and that armour is the only set which has it. It would be a lot more difficult to get it from decorations, as it's a 3-slotter. The Rathalos Ruby is only from high-rank Rathalos, and has a 2% chance from tails, 3% from normal rewards, and 4% from breaking its face. So this is going to take a while...

Maxi, are you going to let Barioth slap you around like that? We must exact our revenge!

I'd like to do the dual rath mission some for farming as well because I need a Rathian Ruby and a Rathian Spike + for my complete Rathalos+ Armor and Wyvern Blade upgrade.

Sounds like Jaggi Masks and lots of piggie snuggling will be a must if were to get some of these drops in our lifetime.

I might be one later tonight.
