Recruiting > Wisdom 3 > Gate 27 > City 5.

Alternatively, enter any city, go to your friend roster, and warp to me. Why you can't access your friend roster from the menu, I'll never know.

Just warp, it's usually faster, anyways.  I think that's how most people are getting around now.

Good fun! Nice to finally take down a Ludroth. Barroth was pretty tough because I wasn't used to it's attack patterns and such yet. It's tail would swing around the side of my shield and still hit me. though that could also be because I was right underneath it part of the time.

Post how much play time you've racked up in Tri.

In comparison, I've put 9 hours into Fragile, a game I got in March.  Also, I've gotten ~10 more stars in Mario Galaxy in that same time frame (resumed from 73 stars) after not playing since January 2008.

I have barely any time logged. :-( God of War 3's been keeping me away.

47 Hours & 50 minutes. Going by time played, it's my 3rd most played Wii game ever.

I'd rather not say how much I've played this stupid game (hint: more than anyone who posted so far). Though if Thatguy posts his time, mine is slightly less than his.

Anyways, I didn't see anyone online right now, so I'll be doing single player. If anyone wants to play, post here and I'll get on.

I'll be playing in a little while, but not right now.

To be honest, I have lukewarm feelings about the game, but what to get a complete feel for it before I write a review.  There's a lot of really off-putting stuff in it, and while it's fun to play multiplayer and I like to help people out, moving up in rank without people like me and Mop it up, who are currently ranks ahead of most NWRers, can be entirely all too painful.

Anyway, yeah, I have a lot of hours, I'm sure, but I don't really look at playtime.  I've been enjoying some parts and groaning at others, which is why I'm surprised to see so many people have loved it so much.

Honestly, I'm not surprised to hear that some people love the game, despite its inherent and glaring flaws, like stupidly unintuitive controls, considering how popular games like World of Warcraft are. What does surprise me is that people enjoy the single player mode, as this game was clearly designed to be played online. There's so much grinding, so much repetition, that I can't fathom how anyone would find the single player mode to be anything but mind-numbingly boring. Then again, I'm not an RPG fan, so I guess I just don't understand the appeal in a game such as this. Only the online interactions keep this game entertaining... like setting a barrel bomb that explodes before I intend, wiping out both me and Thatguy. Good times.

I've actually not looked at my playtime, but I've played the game way too much with Thatguy present, so it's probably best we not go check.

I passed the 25 hour mark last I checked. The game is close to breaking into my top 10 most played Wii games and I think they are in the mid 3's at the low end. I'm actually going to update my playtimes in the thread we have somewhere on these boards once Tri hits the top 10.

Can't.  I'm just posting for a bit to de-stress from work. I have a paper to finish tonight that will cost me a seconds nights sleep. But I don't work tomorrow so I'll be sure to come on then. Finishing this paper will be so relieving! The closer I get to finishing the paper the more alluring Tri becomes. It's calling to me right now...(that's my Wii beeping because I got a new message)...blue light beckons...

If it beeps when it gets a new message, you might have a problem with it. It isn't supposed to do that...
