mario party 4 extra board

Hey,
I need some help. I've read a lot of stuff on the internet saying that there is an extra board called Mario's Castle. They say that you have to beat the high score in every mini game and then just go to the main screen and toad will give it to you. but I can't seem to get it. First of all I'm not sure which mini games they mean, a lot of the mini games don't even have high scores. If anyone could shed some light on the subject it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
