Isn't Bingo based simply on luck?
IS there a time restriction?
Japan is the land of the fads and consoles just ain't cool no more. And that means no one buys them. You buy your portable and your non-games and you conform because it's Japan, DAMMIT! That's my rather crude and largely ignorant view of Japanese culture.
Do we really want to put the NPC titles in a wall of glory? They're either a shameless attempt to get us to buy something we already own or they're a blatant example of focusing on the new market at the expense of the old fanbase who owned Gamecubes. They were released during a HUGE Wii game drought and thus were recycled content trying to make up for a lack a new content, instead of complimenting new content. They're a black mark on Nintendo's legacy and belong on a wall of shame. Ditto with NPC Animal Crossing which Nintendo "forgot" to advertise as such. And Metroid Prime Trilogy and Wii Fit Plus make Metroid Prime 3 and Wii Fit redundant so there's no point in including both.
You look at all these games that are on the Xbox 360 and the PS3. I doubt that if porting to the Wii was easy that this scenario would exist. Why would Rockstar not port Grand Theft Auto IV to the market leading console if they could? Or Capcom port Resident Evil 5? Or Namco port Soul Calibur IV? Or 2K Games port Bioshock? This isn't the last place Gamecube where the decision was sometimes made to not bother. This is the market leading console.
Let me blurt out the secret of the game because it's a secret and I just figured it out!!!
