Your Skarmory egg is also ready, so everything will be ready when you want to do it later. I have the 2 eggs (Heracross and Skarmory) to give you, plus I would like to evolve my Machoke. Is there anything else I should have ready?

Are you capturing wild Magnemite or just searching them for items? Unfortunately you only get 1 Metal Coat guaranteed, otherwise you have to get it from wild Magnemite or trade for it. It wouldn't be so bad if 2 different Pokemon need it to evolve (Onix and Scyther)/

Stratos, I think you mean Battle Tower. The Battle Dome is part of the Hoenn region's Battle Frontier (RSE).

I am glad they let you fly to the beginning of Victory Road, this lets you easily get the Grn Apricorn and battle re-matches without having to go the long way through Tohjo Falls or back through Victory Road. I am at Indigo Plateau, but I am grinding now since my Pokemon are only 41-43.

If I have to I will try GameFAQs, but do either of you (or anyone else reading this) have Glaceon, Leafeon, Magnezone, or Probopass? It is impossible to get them in HG or SS without trading from D/P/P (because they only evolve in locations within Sinnoh. For example, Magneton will only evolve into Magnezone if it levels up in Mt. Coronet, and Eevee will only evolve into Leafeon if it levels up while in Eterna Forrest).

I have checked the official game guides, there aren't. You have to trade them over from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.

I really should have trained a fire Pokemon, the Elite Four is a lot harder without one (in GSC I was able to beat the Elite Four with a group of Pokemon in their low 40s). It helped that in Crystal I used my Master Ball on Entei, this time I used it on Raikou. I think my highest fire Pokemon is a Vulpix in its 20s.

I have a magnezone. It's pretty awesome too. I had to level it up at Mt coronet to do it.

Keep training it. When it is a magneton at a level you are happy with, trade it to someone with D/P. To make things easier on the other person you can have it's xp meter nearly full or give it a rare candy to hold. Then trade it back. That's how I got mine.

Man, Nintendo wasn't playing around with the gym leaders in the remake. My team at all at Level 50 (and the same team I beat the Elite Four with), by Sabrina's Espeon took out my whole team thanks to Psychic.
