Not just that, but I didn't figure out how to use the putting pre-shot view until the 3rd hole on the back 9.
Eagle on the 18th hole baby!! That was a good warm up for when I play my friend that is a TW pro (TW 04 on PS2 tourneys back in the day mixed with late nite after party drinkin)

Its matte not shiny like the remote. I agree its ugly. They probably did it so you would use the jacket.

The M+ attachment actually makes the wiimote just long enough to actually use the 1 & 2 buttons on the remote comfortably when holding it with one hand.

It does make the remote feel a lot different in your hand. Its nice for TW to have enough room for two hands on the remote.

Wanna play again? You using standard or advance control? I don't know what the exact difference is. I just selected advanced.

Would love to play if the darn thing would connect. Not seeing any other complaints on gamefaqs or easports websites though, so it seems like it's just me. But why would the in-game online store work and not the other online features?

Anyway, I had a friend over to play disc golf and he had similar results to mine, but more drastic. He bogeyed the first 5-6 holes, but then on the back shot 6 under. Seems like it gets pretty easy to birdie once you get the hang of it.

And I've just been playing tournament challenges. I like the short bursts of a few holes here and there, moreso than the long tournaments I think. I did set my PGA season to only play 2 round tournaments. It said there was no way to change that, which seems a little odd. But I figure I'd rather play more courses and get through a few more seasons and less rounds would help.

Wish you could get online to work too! I want to play some more with people! I am really supprised about how good the online is implemented. Never played a golf game online before.

This was my first M+ and Online (w/ someone of my choice)Wii experience I can say I was happy with it.
I did expect turn based play though, so I was kinda caught off guard when the first timer started ticking off when you were already on your 3rd shot.

Well, picked it up last night, couldn't wait for the reviews, just had to try the new lotion.

Anyway, here are some quick impressions:

+ Tons of stuff to do, 20+ courses, disc golf, lots of mini games
+ M+ works great for draw and fade shots
+ Its a great relaxing experience to play a round while listening to music or a podcast in the background.
+ The swinging isn't glitchy at all as it was in 07 at least

- Disc Golf is a cool addition, but its just that. The Frisbee physics are a bit inconsistent, but hey, its their first time out.
- Some of the wacky costumes must be purchased with Wii points. Lame.

Overall, I'm glad I picked it up, especially with the discounted lotion. As a PS3 owner, I just can't see why anyone would just the 360/PS3 version over Wii if you have both systems. The HD graphics are really not that far ahead of what I'm seeing on the Wii, and the game play on the other versions is so MUNDANE. Essentially, you stare at a moving line and press X at the right time. This Wii iteration of Woods has the potential to be one of the best sports gaming experiences in gaming thus far.

Just Created my Character: BNM2k1 (why don't they let you use more than 8 characters for your name? Tiger Woods uses 11.)

But don't start you tournament today if you have the forecast channel active. Bethpage Black is raining and I'm having a hard time doing what I want to do since I got used to playing with Tiger

Not sure if the Tourneys are random, but I'm starting off on Bethpage Black and was 4 over par on the 4th hole. Not starting off all that good.

Now that we have M+, why did they not include the ability to break clubs over your leg? Seems like a no brainer. Just turn the wiimote sideways and apply a hard, downward, thrust.

Actually there are 2 or 3 animations that you can select for your player in which they do exactly that. There's also 2 where they rip the head off the putter, one with their teeth and one with their hand.
