Different outcomes (SPOILER!!!)
« on: April 12, 2003, 06:42:48 PM »
Hey everybody,

This is my first topic, and it's something I've been wondering for a while. In Zelda: WW, when you first visit Windfall Island, you are asked by the rich man and the seemingly poor man about whether you can save their daughters. I said yes to both, and then when the pirates brought them back and I visited the island again, the rich one was mad at me, and the other one said that he recognized me or something.

I'm wondering if anybody said 'no' to them in the first place and what happens? You might be saying "just play it again", but on my first time through, I'm trying to have the whole map explored and I'm trying to find as many secrets as I can, so a second time through doesn't look too good.

Thanks!!!

If you say no they just say some sad statement, nothing really changes. They say the same thing afer they are rescued.

I wish you could do that first he is creul and the next thing is his daughter is stupid. (I wish you had the choice of offing some NPCs once in while.)
Stupidity is lost on my. Then again I'm almost always lost.

This doesn't really coincide with the topic, but I thought I'd add it in this thread instead of creating a new thread.

Has anybody who's visited the Nintendo Gallery on the island beside Forest Haven noticed what the owner first says? He says "we're losing members because of being less gimicky, but we still have a strong following" (along those lines). Is that a parallel to fans of Nintendo itself? I thougt it was kind of funny.

good call Cobot!  The instant I read  his comment I thought "hah, gotta love Nintendo!"  It's obvious that they're indirectly thanking all Nintendo fans for their support.
*sigh*...sometimes I wish I was the lifeguard of the genepool..."All stupid people out, NOW!!"
