Yes he is really good Mop_it_up. He won the first Brawl tourney with out losing a match.

Caterkiller you sould post more over on the forums. Don't think you have done so since you won the tourney.

There should be a tournament just for people who haven't played literally in 4 months or more.

Just go in cold-turkey. No practice allowed. Then have another tournament for not playing after 8 months.

I tried messing with my modems settings and got new error codes!
When I attempted port forwarding (i say attempted because i'm not sure if i was even doing the right thing) I would not only NOT get my Wii connected to the internet, but the one PC i had connected to the same router wouldn't connect now either. I reset everything back to the way it was before I started tinkering with it, without erasing my Wii's given IP address, so I can at least go in to the shop channel etc.

At the moment though, my ethernet cable is plugged back in to my PC though, and no attempts to connect the Wii online have been made since the last.

Well, what I meant was, if we're going to keep creating arbitrary restrictions to give you an advantage, then we might as well skip the whole thing and declare you the winner.

I only play using a Wave Bird. I've never even tried any of the other control methods. If you forced me to play any other way I'd be at a disadvantage.

I fully support this idea. I haven't touched Brawl in many months, but I'd love to jump back in head first.

Yeah, I did lose to you, but before that it was a million to zip! I just didn't understand the match up back then.

Well honestly I can only be a ruthless fighter/talker because I know that no one else on these forums plays "competetively" like I do.

Which makes the replay all the more sweet considering you practiced regularly, and I'm like "eh, it's been 3 months, I guess I'll play some online Brawl for once". That night, I spent the prior matches sacrificing other characters just to learn Your habits, and it paid off with shocking results. Then you flipped-out and went off to practice for your "revenge," losing more of your humanity, and you beat me some weeks later. Congrats, I hadn't touched the game since the last session.

I use the Wii-Chuk control scheme, so I've got some kind "control disadvantage." Daisy beat you on strategy, spacing, and setup alone (like Steven Segal AIKIDO *waves hands mystically*).

Without the C-Stick shortcuts, you and many other "serious players" have no game.

That makes four of us. Perhaps we should set up a time for us to play? It would have to be before the day of this tournament (Sept. 26th) or else it won't have been months since last I played...
