As Maxi was saying, if you leave a shovel buried for 24 hours then dig it up, it will become a golden shovel. You won't need this in the beginning though, as its benefit is that you can bury money and have it grow into a money tree. You'd need a lot of money or else the tree won't grow.

4 days, not 24 hours.

You don't have to go to city in the morning, the barbershop is open from 8AM to 9PM.

I left mine buried for a day and it turned into a golden shovel. If you don't believe me, then try it out for yourself.

So I donated enough Bells for the fountain, but there seems to be no progress. No announcement on the bulletin board, on Mayor walking around, nothing. Just Pelly/Phyllis saying the money went to going into the fountain. Hmmm...

My other project is to to get the Gracie furniture.  I got all summer, and once June/July hits, its time for beetles, aka shells worth bells. Since I've kept Nook n' Go, I can get some late night $$$...

So I entered Maxi, Mop it up and Djunknown's FCs.

I also opened my gate if anyone wants to come over. My WiiSpeak isn't on because everyone else in the house is going to bed so I don't want to disturb them.

Also of note, my town has apples and my sister's town has oranges if someone wants those fruits.

Your store's closed so there wouldn't be much to do.

Perhaps we could arrange a time for all of us to meet up over the weekend?

Unfortunately I won't have a home internet connection for the next week. Finish moving most of my stuff with my Dad Sat then go to a bachelor party, Sunday is a wedding rehearsal for a DIFFERENT wedding, Monday is said different wedding, Wednesday is when I have to be out of my Portland apartment, Friday is a wedding rehearsal and Saturday is the last wedding. I've been in way too many weddings...like 8 in the last few years. I just...need less friends it seems ;)

I only have like two single friends now.

Thankfully most of them have stopped egging me on about finding a good wife, settling down and having kids.

So Memorial Day Weekend and afterward I should have some time to spare. Maybe that very weekend if you want.

@Maxi

Yeah, I was just in the city prowling around and wishing the AC nightlife was more exciting like Portland or Seattle. Give me a minute to go back to town.

Yeah, thanks for the goodies. The dresser is awesome. Until then I was just storing stuff all over the front lawn. Then the pig moved in next door after I chose that house to be farther away from the other houses and took half of my storage space. Nice to have drawers now. Can you get deeper pockets at some point?

I'm entering your info now TJ.

You don't get deeper pockets later but you can go to where you pay your morgage off and if you go to the right side of the room.Talk to the person about saving letters. When you save a letter you can put items in the letter.I currently have no room in my dresser. I'm going to have to sell or send some of my things.
Oh I got you those tools. So PM me when you can play.

It takes about a week for the fountain to be built.

Don't waste time with Gracie, her shop starts selling out of items several weeks before they change. I got screwed out of some winter items because about 3 weeks before the spring switch she was out of several items.

Stratos and mop, I will add you both later tonight. I just have to delete some people since my list is full. I am pretty much available all day on the weekends and any time after 2PM Monday through Thursday.

Stratos, a piece of advice for stuff. Once you buy enough coffee from Brewster (I forgot how much), he will let you store your Gyroids with him (a limit of 1 of each though). This will help free up space.

Um...Maxi, I forgot you were getting me tools and I bought a shovel. I kind of got excited that I had money and spent it without waiting.

I got a shovel,net,axe,watering can.

You have a fishing rod so that leaves the slingshot.
There is one more tool but the slingshot wasn't in stock.I might have one in my storage.
Edit: No slingshot other than my silver one. Can't get one in my catalog.

Wow, awesome. I didn't know there were that many tools in the game. Can you shoot other people with the slingshot? You could arrange a game of tag or capture the flag or something with those. Now I want to try and arrange a game like that.

You can't shoot the slingshot at other people. It is used for shooting down balloons out of the sky.In the ballons are special items.

If you want to antagonize people the axe,net and watering can are better tools to do so.
